Terms and conditions
  1. Revenue to either party can only be derived from
    end user payments.
  2. Specific branded content must appear in an advert free environment or Which? content should always be seen as separate from rest of page,
    e.g. using frames around the content.
  3. The reports come fully branded and the branding, layout and external links will follow strict rules to guarantee the brand stays true to the principles that have made it successful. While the Which? content has to be displayed using the partner’s templates, Which? must have input to, and final approval of, all layouts. All of Which?’s requirements will be clearly explained in the terms and conditions of the contract and in the style sheet annexed to the contract.
  4. An active link to subscribe to the Which? Online website will be included on the content pages. These links will be coded for remuneration and it is the third party’s responsibility to ensure the coded link is maintained.
  5. There will be tight control over the ongoing use of the reports and Which? can ask for anything it deems to be out of date or should not be displayed for another reason to be removed or replaced from the partner website.
